The Will County CED is governed by an Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Advisory Board The Board meets monthly to review, learn about and take action on Economic Development related issues impacting Will County’s economic future and quality of life.
The Board is the policy making body of the organization. The annual Work Plan of the Will County CED is approved by its Board of Directors. The Board members serve in a liaison and general communications role to the general membership and provide leadership and support to the officers in carrying out the objectives of the CED.
